The foreign company “TAIBA LEASING” Limited Liability Company (FC “TAIBA LEASING” LLC ) has been renamed into a Foreign company “TAIBA FINANCE” Limited Liability Company (FC “TAIBA FINANCE” LLC). This change came into force due to the adoption of a new version of the Company’s Charter and state registration dated May 15, 2023.

FC LLC “TAIBA LEASING” began its activity in the market of Uzbekistan in 2011 with the presentation of the company by the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector in the 3rd Tashkent International Leasing Forum. The company “TAIBA LEASING” is a 100% subsidiary of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), which is part of the Islamic Development Bank Group.

TAIBA LEASING was created in order to provide a wide range of leasing services in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The priority of TAIBA LEASING is to promote the development of the economy of Uzbekistan through the introduction of new financial instruments, financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially those producing competitive export-oriented products and having a high level of production localization.

For 12 years now, TAIBA LEASING has been offering competitive leasing terms for Uzbek leasing holder-enterprises that are profitable and promising. The financing of clients in all regions of Uzbekistan is successfully carried out in close cooperation with the parent company.

Today the company is the only leasing company in Uzbekistan operating in accordance with the principles of Sharia. More than 250 projects are funded for a total amount equivalent to 33 million USD.
